**Concept:** A boss with a shared HP bar. Runs contribute “damage/supplies.” **Key design point:** Add **daily soft caps + consistency bonuses** so it rewards steady running and doesn’t incentivize unsafe mileage spikes. **Rewards:** - Boss-themed cosmetic set - “Raid Clear” badge (Bronze/Silver/Gold/Legend tiers) - Weekly shoutouts / leaderboards

Leaderboard History
Being able to see the final leaderboards from the previous week would be neat. Otherwise, you have to check right at the end of the week to see where you fnished.

Inventory: Sell multiple items at once
Sell multiple items at once. Press and hold an item in inventory to highlight it, then press other items in inventory to select them. Press sell to sell all items. (don’t know how you would handle stacks, either non-selectable or all stacks are included in the sale)

Energy cap
100 is cool, but I still feel like I need to break my runs up just for the game. There has to be some way I can maximize my running and still end up with good progression. For example, if I want to do small runs (4 - 6mi) then this works well. But if I bust an 18mi. then I have no choice but to go way over cap. There's points for that as well, but if I enjoy playing the game, I really only get the most fun out of the energy that let's me actually play the game and fight stuff.

Upgrade weapons&armor
Finding the right materials could allow for modifying/upgrading existing weapons and armor into slightly better tiers. Rarer or boss tier materials could be needed for higher upgrades.

Potions as a Free Action
Similar to how D&D now allows potions as a bonus action when in combat the same should apply here. Issue with trying to heal in combat is often you’re going to immediately lose the HP gained to the next attack, never getting ahead.

Stamina for more activities
Use a stamina modifier to give reduced ‘partial credit’ for cross training activities beyond just running: i.e. weights, BJJ, rowing, cycling, etc.

Incorporating something like: Run 13.1 miles in a single run, and it gives you a cosmetic outfit that your character can wear would be a fun thing to see. Or “run a 5k on Thanksgiving” and earn a turkey trot cosmetic.
