100 is cool, but I still feel like I need to break my runs up just for the game. There has to be some way I can maximize my running and still end up with good progression.
For example, if I want to do small runs (4 - 6mi) then this works well. But if I bust an 18mi. then I have no choice but to go way over cap. There's points for that as well, but if I enjoy playing the game, I really only get the most fun out of the energy that let's me actually play the game and fight stuff.
